Amazon music issue

Post » Wed Oct 01, 2014 10:03 pm

Okay to put it bluntly, I'm pissed off at how difficult Amazon has to make it to buy and download music. I've downloaded an album I like, and it said I needed to download the Amazon music app, which is already stupid and something I wasn't told about. Now, with the app downloaded, I look at the album I bought on Amazon and I highlighted every song and press "download", which comes with a pop-up saying "use Amazon music". So that opens, and I can't even see the album I bought in there, only the music that's already on my PC. A search comes up with nothing, and there's no download music button like the website says. Then it's saying that I need an account, well how can I log in without apparently having an account? Of course I have an Amazon account otherwise I wouldn't have bought the album and downloaded the app...

It's about 6:30 AM and I've not slept and I'm really at the end of my tether, if someone knows anything that will help I'll really appreciate it, thanks. I'll leave this for a bit and go to uni for the day, and I'm definitely not buying music from Amazon again, I'd prefer to pay so much more and just skip them, preferably buying straight from the artists in the future.

Quick update, now it's saying I need to sign into the right account. How is it signed into the wrong account when I bought the item on that account, then signed into the music app?
