I just tried for hours last night to make a merge patch that affects containers and i just dont understand it...ive only used tes5 to clean a mod can someone walk threw it?

The mods i need to merge are:

*thematicloot.esp

*unofficial skyrim patch.esp

*DragonBornGalleryPatchV2.esp

I have stuff not appearing in chest that i should have and was told i need a merged patch.
