The character with the largest "bank" that's willing and able to barter I've seen so far only had 4,000 gp and I had to kill him (sadly enough). The next largest bank I've seen is a character with 2,000 gp. Anyone know of any locations/characters that have, say, 20,000 gp banks or more?
