I get this error whenever I try to launch FONV from the fnv4gb launcher.

I've followed the instructions for the install (I have the helper.dll installed as well). I've also tried launching via fnv4gb from NMM as a custom install.

I can start FONV from the nvse loader

Correction, for some reason, I can now no longer run FONV from the nvse. I get this error:

"FalloutNV.exe entry point not found

The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dynamic link library

C:Windows\System32\nvspcap.dll"

WTF is up with that?
