Did someone make an end that increases performance ?

If so can someone link me to it?

You mean an ENB, I guess...

In which case even just ENBoost on its own will increase performance in the sense that it lets your videocard do the heavy lifting separate from the game engine.

It's not hard to set up, but the process of doing so is a little more complex than most mods.

Get the latest ENB binaries from http://enbdev.com/ - unfortunately Boris doesn't allow hotlinking to pages on his site, so you'll have to navigate yourself to the latest ENB for Skyrim.

Then manually download ENBoost from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38649 and read the readme in the archive for installation.
