How do I remove the restrictions from wearing monk hoods? I don't see that it is restricted from being worn in the cs yet I know it is restricted.

Where is that and how to remove it?

Also how to remove the disenchant restriction from a couple of amulets, Zenithar and Talos..

To remove the disenchant restriction, all you need to do is delete the keyword MagicDisallowEnchanting from the item.

Sorry but I don't see that anywhere when I click to "edit" that Item .. That line of text is not there..
