I was very excited to see how Mister Holdout's inventory changed once I leveled up and passed the Sneak check. But now it's not changing at all. I'd like to see the code of his inventory, or something behind the scenes so I can figure out where the game is messing up.

I have just forgotten that his inventory doesn't change? I thought he started selling you .22 SMGs after you passed the check?
