i don't know why but some of the NPC,s keep stumbling and falling over. i can fix this by using console commands to kill then resurrect but its to many to keep doing it, does anyone have a more permanent solution?

did you try an old save to see if it is happening there?

does it happen with a new character?

i do have a load of little mods that add not change, i tried a new character and it was ok for a bit then it happened after taking out the first dragon and going on the way to the greybeards, and even going onto older saves with same character it still happened, it started earlier today, i had just got to level 30 when it started happening

How is your performance.

does the game act at times like physics is a bit wonky. If so you might need to limit your FPS to lower than 60.

no other than the some of the npc's stumbling nothing else seems wrong and the fps seems fine
