My ideas about TES VI

I mostly liked Skyrim. But it requires you to be dedicated to a single game style. Why not be able to burn enemies with magic, run a lot against your enemies and crush their skulls with your two-handed axe, then take out your dagger and stab your enemy's throat? When we focus on health, we can't run more than 6 seconds without stamina boosting items. And when we focus on magicka, the enemies rip our throats with two slices.

Maybe you should remove the general leveling. The skill levels and perks should come by themselves and our stamina should rise by running and with power attacks, health should increase by getting hit (Light/Heavy Armor style) and magicka should obviously by casting spells. The carry capacity should increase over time, just like we grow muscles, Sneak skill should be Stealth skill, not limiting us with crouching behind our enemies and hope we kill them with an instant hit, we would like to be able to hide behind a wall or an object then wait for our prey just like we do in Assassin's Creed.

We all like to multitask, creating the ultimate player :D Yet we don't have enough skill points for it, the game should do it for us instead. Speaking about items, it should be categorized with more details by not making us search for the specific item all the way down the long list, maybe also a search bar would help.

Just FYI, many people feel the opposite. I like being able to have a battlemage who is absolutely terrible at sneaking, and isn't very mobile, or a more classical lightly armored sneaky mage who is permanently terrible at melee combat... I don't like playing characters who... Have no weaknesses, so "we" doesn't include everyone necessarily.

Anyways, here's some suggested mods if you're on PC. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19381/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23898/? Which give more attribute points/perk points /etc/. And here's increased carry weight from stamina. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/776/?

I have a feeling this post would be better in the Official Beyond Skyrim thread.

Ah...no it doesn't. You can totally play that way if you want and Skyrim is the first game in where it's possible without any difficulty. Hell, my main battlemage has a ratio of 1/1.5/1 to Magicka/Health/Stamina and while he svcks at sneaking, he's a light-armored lock-picker.

Besides, like Lectra said, weaknesses are great. Keeps the game from being far easier than it already is.
