What's your favorite factionguild?

You can vote for multiple answers in the poll. What are your favorite factions?

I haven't played all of them or finished many of them, but so far, the group I would like to hang out with the most would be the Dawnguard. Isran seems like a strong leader, and some of the others are quite inventive and creative. Dawnguard offers some of the best weapons and armor. I also like the Bard's College, the Orc Strongholds, and Greybeards as far as groups of people I would like to hang out with.

On the fence about College of Winterhold- too cut off from society and weak leadership. I like a lot of the Thieves guild members, but their goals and missions are too much about being thugs.

Not crazy about the Blades just because Delphine's personality is annoying. And Companions are too Nordy and not that interesting to me. So proud of themselves for just being able to kill.

Most of the evil factions I have a hard time getting into, but I want to bring myself to be a vampire or finish the Dark Brotherhood on a playthhrough sometime.

Vote for all your favorites and in the comments feel free to list any reasons you want.

In terms of having the potential for an interesting story I would choose The Companions. But as far which guild I found the most interesting to actually play, it would be the Thieves Guild and the College of Winterhold, followed by The Stormcloaks.

I agree about the Companions having the most potential, and the Stormcloaks, but I found the Dark Brotherhood to be the best guild quest there was. College of Winterhold fell every bit as flat as the Companions did. Sure, it had potential, but it still didn't live up to it.

Well, I'll have to finish the Dark Brotherhood questline then. College of Winter hold questline started out awesome, but ended up being really half-baked.

I choose College of Winterhold, the first faction I let my first vanilla character Artemis join because I wanted to explore the magic skills of Skyrim. She entered the college at around Level 3. I found CoW quests tougher than the other factions my other characters joined after, but no regrets since it forces you to level up fast early.

Well now that I've had time to give it more thought, I have to agree with you. The College of Winterhold had great potential and didn't live up to it, sadly.

I liked the Dark Brotherhood too. As a matter of fact I liked it better than Oblivion's Dark Brotherhood.

You've convinced me to change my vote. I've taken off the CoW and I've added the Dark Brotherhood in its place. :)

I love the Dawnguard, personally. They're like Paladins. Very awesome, & very rewarding.

Dawnguard & College. DG had a cool story, and being a mage is hella fun.

My favourites are the Bards' College and the CoW, since one only wants to throw parties, whereas the other wants to study magic in peace away from the prying eyes of the Thalmor and Cyrodilic guilds.

Special mentions go to the Dawnguard and Stormcloaks for their eccentric characters.

I went with Thieves Guild #1 and also voted for the Bard's Guild, even though that one is not that great. I like the quests and rewards, though, as well as liking Bards :)

The Thieves Guild has its troubles, but overall, it is the one I most enjoy in the game.

Dark Brotherhood. Was probably the only questline I actually enjoyed.
