I wanted Raul as Companion,so to see if he ficks my gear for free,so when i ask him to join me(at his Shack/home)he comes along and iam giving the Repair Perk,BUTD every time i ask him to repair stuf for me he says"Shore i just get a Tool out of my Arsh-meet me at my shack"but i am at his shack,i tryed all,standing outside his shack-inside but he keeps on saying"meet me at my Shack"WTF

is this a buck or did i do something in the game to block his help?

If he is still a companion he will not offer to repair your gear. You must tell him to leave your service, and then he'll go inside the shack. Attempt to get him to fix stuff for you then.

P.S. He will not fix gear for free.
