I've made some fairly significant changes based on feedback in the last thread. Because of the dummy's altered position, it's no longer compatible with 2.0 dummies, which is why I've moved up to version 3.0.

Now, one of the main issues with mods like this is balance, so I'd love to hear feedback on that aspect once people have tried it out.
