So did I set up these Mods correctly...FWE+MMM

The process:

1. Install Fallout 3 GOTY from steam (played for a few days very stable no issues)

2. Install FO3edit

3. Install LOOT and BOSS (There is a debate on what works better so far it seems my games are more stable with LOOT's load order)

4. Install Wyre Flash

5. Install FWE follow install prompts (followed Gophers install guide just in case) 6.03 patch installed

6. Install MMM (most recent)

7.Install Paradox Ignition Merger Mods for MMM (blackened patch will not work with MMM unless it's the paradox Merger according to Blackened install instructions).

8. Install Blackened Compatibility patch for MMM.

9. Apply Filter and clean necessary mods that LOOT/BOSS deemed necessary.

So far it seems rather stable. 2 days and no crashes is decent. The only thing I am missing is that the FWE control panel is not recognizing MMM in its compatibility mods section, so the tougher trader options etc that are supposed to be there I cant activate and I deleted those ESPs because I was following Gophers Instructions. MMM is there and seems to be working properly as the control panel is installed and I am getting baby molerates, puppies, the corresponding advlts in different colors, MMM Super Mutant Mobs, a Gargantuan at Evergreen Mills, Night Ghouls, Ghoul wave attacks aka rampages etc.
