Lo everyone. This is IceFireWarden (more commonly referred to as just IFW or Warden) of The Elder Scrolls community. The Echmer are a group of bat-like elves that live on the island of http://www.imperial-library.info/wiki/Yneslea mentioned in the books http://www.imperial-library.info/wiki/Disaster_of_Ionith and http://www.imperial-library.info/wiki/Brief_History_of_the_Empire. Technologically advanced, technocratic, and isolationist in nature the Echmer have been embroiled in the Empire ever since the 3E 279.

They are a part of a world-building project I call Uutak, which builds up on Yneslea and everything involving it in general. The Echmer are the forefront of said project. (You can even like them on Facebook ).
