Hi,

Does anyone know how to get the pre-order FC Pack code to work?

I've tried scanning and entering the 25 digit code a few times, and neither have been successful (just get a message saying 'Something went wrong').

This is XB1. Anyone else getting this? And any help appreciated. Thanks

I am having the exact same issue but on PS4. No matter when or how the code is typed in, it doesn't work. Any thoughts anyone?

I sent in a support message to Bethesda, but well who knows how long that will take.

Mine hasn't been working either.

Bethesda have been really keen about keeping things under wraps until it's fully released.

I suspect we'll find our codes working at some point today or tomorrow.

At least you know with a number of people being affected it's not that you've got a "bad code".

On XB1 it's not saying the code has been used, so maybe they haven't been activated yet?

Really enjoying the game so far so it's not a huge issue, but it would be nice to get the bonuses for pre-ordering at some point.

oh thank god, thought only i was screwed lol. Came home after getting game at gamestop for my ps3 and got the message code was invalid...gaaaah. So typical, i never hardly pre order games and when i do, stuff like this happens. Fml

I didn't even pre-order this but I got this code with mine which I bought today on impulse. No idea if it works yet.

Yes, the items don't appear in your inventory until that chapter. For folks that are still having issues, can you clarify if it's with code redemption or finding the content in your inventory? Thanks

Same problem here on Xbox One. Can't redeem the code. Tried it on the console and on the xbox.com website. :/

I can confirm that it's the redemption of the code for me. Just tried it again (both scan and manual 25 digit input - on XB1) and it's still not working.

I'm on Ch. 4 now, so loaded the game up quickly to double-check and none of the extras are in-game either.

workded for me told me i will find the things in chapter 4 on the xb1 first time using it thru the scanner and preinstalling of the game

It's not an issue with the game, it's an issue just redeeming the code. Just get an error on the xbox store when you try it.

Called microsoft about this , was on the phone for 2 hours with support.... the card that comes inside the game ( 25 digit code ) .... use a code (QR) or manual input on my xbox one does not work correctly.

My code finally worked through the Xbox site but then it took at least half an hour before it decided to appear on my Xbox One console. It's finally sorted itself out now though. It's shotgun warrior time.

Yeah, my buddy in the States told me his code worked. I tried it just now and it worked fine.
