I did stop playing oblivion for some years and took my gamesav again.

Im using a lot some feather potions i did by then, had like 50, but they are depleting. They read

222points for 737 seconds

-1 health point for 1 second if auto

My character was level 33 mage breton apprentice, and the equipment was all level expert.

Trying to find how i did them i read that adding a second effect make duration of feather longer, so i conclude that the -1 health is for that.

But i have no idea of the ingredients.

I dont know how i did them.

Could you help me.

Also any suggestion of better feather is appreciated. I heavely depend on them to have margin to complete dungeons in one sweep before go to unload in Merchants Inn.

Combine the two ingredients in the spoiler tags. The damage health is a negative side effect that is minimized with the use of the Alembic.
