Any lore on the presence or absence of Resurrection magic?

I know that in the games, the only two instances of characters being raised from the dead through gameplay is

Spoiler
the Champion of Cyrodiil being resurrected in the Knights of the Nine questline
and
Spoiler
the Vestige in ESO being raised through the use of soul gems
. The latter of which is probably not canon though, so I have to ask.

Is there any mention of resurrection through mortal magic in the Elder Scrolls? I'm asking because I'm working on a table-top RPG for the Elder Scrolls.

There's more than these two, but most are connected to Daedra, so don't exactly fit the bill of mortal magic. I guess undeath isn't an option? Off the top of my head: Molag Bal's quests in Oblivion and Skyrim, attempted resurrection of Potema in Skyrim, Mankar's Ascended Immortals, The Waking Nightmare quest in ESO (specifically Prince Adrien, others were mindless). Possibly the Grace of Courtesy in Morrowind, but I think we're being saved from the brink of death, not actually dying. Also Mere-Glim in The Lord of Souls, whose soul was captured beforehand and put back into a regrown body. Briarhearts might qualify too, but I'm not sure how much humanity they retain.

Neloth's experiment with heartstones could also count.

I should probably specify: I'm talking strictly through an actual spell cast by a priest, like Master level Restoration magic. I'm starting to think it never comes up because:

a) Most spellcasters never become Masters of their respective schools

b ) All of the games feature a single person adventuring, so there was no purpose in implementing resurrection.

But I'm not sure if it's possible.

Well, in that case the answear is most likely: Nope.

As You may have noticed all examples of ressurection come to be in rather shaddy circumstances.

The Ayleids had means of returning after death, and could manipulate and animate both dead and living flesh:

I suppose that makes sense, considering most of the examples come from Padomaic sources. Stasis (in this case the preservation of the natural force of death) is not exactly conducive to resurrection magic.
