Strange issue with multiple enchant items.

Greetings forum dwellers,

Recently I was dabbling with creation of enchants with multiple effects in the CK. I created a "base" version of the enchant with vanilla values for each of the effects, as well as several tiers of strength to attach to different items, all with this base as the template you learn when disenchanting (so all the tiers teach the same enchant).

I have run into a couple strange quirks and was wondering if anyone knows of a workaround.

First, if I disenchant one of these multi-effect enchants, I can indeed enchant any of the items I have specified in the formlist of keywords. However, when I select different levels of soul gems to change the strength of the enchant, only one of the effects appears to scale. Also, it is not always the first effect in the list which scales, so I have no idea why it is happening.

Second, if I have an item that uses one enchant, and attach a different enchant as the base that it teaches when you disenchant it, you get a duplicate of the learned enchant. For example, say I have an item that has Enchant A but which is set to teach you Enchant B when disenchanted. I have another enchant that both uses AND teaches Enchant B.

When I disenchant both of these, I end up with two identical Enchant B's in my list.
