After 3 years of brainstorming, hard work, and a very successful open beta, I'm proud to present the final release of the newest iteration of my Skies. If you haven't been keeping up with my beta/work in progress thread for the past years, I completely redid all of the textures, made improvements to the meshes, and even included versions of the textures from "AoF Skies" and "Extreme Textures - Skies", as well as ones from the vanilla game, made to work with my new meshes.
If you're completely new to my work on this, what Skies is is a total overhaul of almost every visual aspect of Morrowind and Bloodmoon's weather. It retextures every sky texture, every particle texture, and the Moons. It includes it's own custom meshes which make the textures repeat themselves onscreen zero times, allowing for detail and cloud formations never before possible.
Additionally, I've included a resource pack only including the meshes required for textures made around the framework of the mod, as well as an image which should serve as a guide for how textures made with the new meshes in mind work.
For the best possible effect, it is recommended to run this with MGE XE's sunshafts shader, a sky bloom shader, and HDR, as well as atmospheric scattering. http://mw.modhistory.com/download-1-1407 is also a great addition.
