Ok was wondering and my google fu is failing me but can u raise a skill above the atribute? I know u cant with training but i didnt know if u could on ur own.
ex. If u have 50 endurance, u can only train ur medium armor up to 50 but can u raise that number thru use without raising ur endurance?

Yes, you can raise a skill to 100 through use regardless of the controlling attribute level.
