Carlotta Vanentia, along with many other NPC's are wearing cowls all the time. I'm sure it's related to the Wet and Cold mod but for some reason they never remove them even when it's not raining. Isn't there some kind of console command to take it off of them? I seem to remember doing this a while back but I can't figure it out for the life of me. Any help is appreciated. I hate having the few attractive NPC's in the game look ridiculous with these hoods over their heads.
