If someone has the time could you please do a very quick edit to a mesh in Nifscope for me?

The mesh is a vanilla sign mesh, found...

I need the beam and the small metal rings holding the sign in the beam removed. While I can remove the beam myself, I cannot remove the circular metal rings on the beam as they are attached to the rest of the sign. Could leave the two tiny metal rings under the large metal rings.
