He seems to rip ghosu's Project Flintlock mod and asking for Paypal donation. I suspect he also ripped from other mods, though I'm not sure which is that. I posted comments there, asking him if it were true, but my comments were deleted. http://i.snag.gy/dD0If who commented similarly, his comment is still not deleted fortunately.

So where can I report him?

According to a post made by Ghosu on June 5th 2014 on The Nexus he gave all of his mods away on a free to use basis to whoever wanted them. It is kind of sickening that this new "modder" is asking for money in his reupload of Ghosu's work, though.
