Is there some possible script that could be used for this? One that would be multiple mod compatible? Oh and to prevent the chugging down health potions to become invincible basically, these blood potions instead, would be duplicate ID potions, that use a heal over time effect. (So this way... I can make something, actually much more balanced than vanilla Skyrim's health potions, without altering anything vanilla).

And even better yet, this heal over time potions would be used by vampires who don't automatically regenerate health, and can't cast restoration spells (unless they have well over 1k magicka and even then horribly inefficiently)... So... I think it could lead to some extremely tactical gameplay. Could there be... Maybe a perk I could add to the player, or a script or something, to do this? Without actually altering vanilla NPCs?
