I have 100 alchemy and the enchanted gear. I was wanting some to know what are the recipes for the best damage health potions and potions that restore my own health. Really I just need ideas for useful potions in general too. The "useful potions" page on uesp didn't seem to useful to me. I am not interested in selling them as I make all of my money enchanting banish and paralyze on iron daggers. I figured you guys had some good ideas and I am about to go on a skyrim binge when I leave work here in a few.

Wheat + Blue Mountain Flower, Restore health and Fortify health, both can be easily found.

Deathbell + River Betty makes a decent Damage Health/Slow potion.

Damaging Poisons I like:

Deathbell + Imp Stool + Mora Taponella = Damage Health and Lingering Damage Health. Perfect for fighting dragons. Doubly effective with the Concentrated Poison Perk

Canis Root + Imp Stool + Mora Taponella = Paralyze and Lingering Damage Health. Very valuable and useful against any living creature (less so for dragons)

Deathbell + Riverbetty = Slow and Damage Health. Same as above, but the poison damage is greater in magnitude.

I never really deal with the "Weakness to" poisons. I suppose a Frenzy poison would be good, if you are fully perked out.

Imp stool, Mora tapenela, Canis root. Paralysis and lingering damage health. Best poison evah.

These are ones I use on a bound sword. Hope they help.

paralyze = canis root + imp stool

ravage health = jazby graqes + skeever tail

damage health = falmer ear + death bell or river betty + death bell

This is the one I use to restore health

restore health = blue mountain flower + butterfly wing

Can a poison be made that has damage health and ravage health?

The island of Solstheim (Dragonborn) has some good ingredients for ravage health: Scathcrow, Emperor parasol moss

Restore/fortify health are: Tern feathers, boar tusk, ash hopper jelly

There's also Trama root and spawn ash that have some nasty effects. Have fun and experiment for fun and profit.

Yes, but you need a Skeever Tail. No other reagent has both effects.
