Hi, I used to have a mod that allowed me to drop quest items, I have done a fresh install of Skyrim and that mod is no longer on the Nexus (can't even remember what it was called).

If anybody has it, or a link to it can you please share.

PS: I have no interest in anything from the Steam Workshop.
