There is supposed to be a Morrowind Crafting furniture vendor in Ebonheart that will sell a pottery wheel but I have searched the City and cannot find him. Anyone know what part of town his shop is in?

I have been trying to use this mod but having trouble finding the crafting kit needed to make a pottery wheel. None of the MC vendors I have visited seem to have one. The readme says you can just buy a pottery wheel from the furniture vendor but does not give any directions to the shop other than a general reference to Ebonheart.
