I used OBS to record 5 decent videos

and then i accepted an update and it is now no longer compatible with AMD processors and will record for 2 seconds and for next 45 minutes be a still frame .. which is well bull

i tried a fresh installation made it worse

I'd like the full version of fraps but i dont have $45.00 + to get it ...

id like something that can work with AMD processor / radeon graphics card

and also be able to record for 3 hours or more at one time

No it doesnt. It comes across as incredibly obnoxious and annoying and people will deliberately avoid reading your thread because of it. You've also been on this forum long enough to know better.

What specifically do you want? Is this software just for capture off your PC, or do you want broadcast capability as well? If you're just looking to capture game footage, there's Xfire, WeGame and Taksi that I know of, but they all have their own problems and flaws. Honestly if you want to be able to record properly with decent quality and no watermarks, just svck it up and fork out the one-time payment for Fraps. Mow a couple of lawns or something if you need to raise the money.

i dont own a lawn mower and i live in a townhouse area so is companies that already do all the yard work and i sleep during day and wake at night

i want to game capture and im thinking of streaming eventually but for now i just want to record and upload after (do this for a bit get a few followers then move to twitch)

Then find another way of earning a bit of cash and pay for Fraps that way. It's not expensive and its a one-off investment.
