How many days pass traveling to Solstheim?

Post » Wed Oct 29, 2014 3:44 am

It seems like everytime I go there even for a short period I come back and Mjoll (my wife) has a ton of gold from the store saved up. I think back in Oblivion like 2 weeks would pass by when you travelled to the Shivering Isles. Anyways, my (other) evil character lives in Winstad Manor and I cannot be gone more than 10 days at a time because I cannot let my house respawn after I have invested too much time decorating it lol. Anybody know how many days go by?

Homes don't respawn, you should be fine.

Fast-travel time depends on the weight of your armor, so there is no one answer to your question. Shivering Isles is not a good comparison. That was a Daedric Realm, not a location on Nirn. A better comparison would be to compare the time it took to travel between Khuul and Solstheim in Bloodmoon. I don't recall how long that boat trip took. Maybe somebody else does.

Yes, Hearthfire homes do respawn on consoles. When you add all the furniture and stuff you want, all of the baskets and useless crap that came with it respawn after ten days if you are gone. The containers do not respawn though.
