Could a 980m run Skyrim + some serious graphics mods?

Quick question: could the new 980m GPU from nvidia run Skyrim with some serious graphics mods? What kind of framerates could one expect?

I mean the mobile card... The 980m mobile chipset. Sorry for being confusing.
