Hi there, first time poster.

I have an issue with Climates of Tamriel. Whenever it rains, the raindrops and spatter on the ground doesn't show, nor do I get that sizzling sound of rain. It does, however, play the sound of rain on a roof when I'm inside a building.

I have Wet & Cold installed, and I still get the wet effect from it. Also, I have Real Shelter, and that seems to trigger the rain and sizzle when I stand under the scripted shelters.

Anyone have a solution for this?

There is no spatter on the ground w/o http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37873/?. Not sure about your other issues.
