Assorted issues including a Cursor and SKSESkyUI

Let's get the first two most annoying ones out of the way, and I'll be sure to return with more problems.
Ideally, if anyone wants to help troubleshoot for me, we can exchange Steam usernames and hopefully get more consistent contact there.

The glitchy menus and such I can almost deal with (I see "???" on some options), but first I want to see if I can get rid of the cursor.

I've Googled "double cursor" glitch, which I have gotten before in the past but this one is a slightly different variant.

Every time I look around that brings my cursor all the way to the side, my cursor shows up on the edge. In most cases this doesn't do much but it does make navigating menus extremely annoying since my cursor thinks I'm trying to click on the edge, rather than where the actual ingame cursor is.
I thought it to be a "windowed borderless mode" issue but I can't find a setting anywhere that there's any way to set Skyrim to windowed at all. (And I wouldn't bother).

I am running on Windows 8 (I think >_<) so if that information helps and there's some kind of "edge cursor" setting I can turn off somewhere, please let me know.

Now onto the more mod-relevant issue.

Upon loading up a game I see the error message about SkyUI won't run properly and I imagine that this is part of the problem when seeing questionmarks where keybinds would normally be while navigating menus.
I don't have a lot of other details on this. Just wondering if I should be updating SkyUI (Last updated in June so I am pretty sure I have the latest) or SKSE (which I'm ALSO sure I have the latest since I spent an hour a week ago just getting it to recognize my Skyrim launcher).

Update: Turns out the cursor thing was just the Raptr overlay.

Okay. Main problem solved.
