Hi! I have been fooling around with Creation Kit long enough and I'm trying to do something major next: a semi-lore friendly island mod. I know, not very original, but I just wanted to create a playground of my own.

The landmass itself exists, and is perhaps the size of Sohlsteim, but much more mountainous. There is a Nord Colony - a city slightly bigger than Whiterun (in-game scale, not in lore-scale).

However, every other day I find my self making the island very barren, inspired by landscapes in Iceland, Greenland and Northern Scotland, with perhaps some volcanic areas and surrounded with icebergs. This would be more lore-friendly, since the Island is supposed to be up north. Then every other day I want to make the island more fertile with lush pine forests and maybe with giant red pines rising almost as tall as the mountains.

I want to keep the scale of the land quite natural, since it is supposed to be quite small place. This means I cannot fit in many landscape types.

So perhaps the community could share their opinion with me? Which kind of environment would you like to see?
