Generally if you are going to use NMC's Textures it is likely best to use the light or performance version. Game engine is limited since it is a 32 bit program and texture packs can push the limits on what the engine can handle.
I do not use any ENB's since I am not that much a fan of them and second I am on a laptop and they would eat up too much of a performance hit for my liking. If I do want to make changes to how the game looks I use Directors Chair mod from Gopher and a couple of other mod makers that added to that project. That gives me most of the features of an ENB with little to no impact on performance. I sometimes do use Weather, Outdoor/indoor lighting mods from time to time based on what type of character I am going to start with and what mood I am in.
My guess is that you will need to look at the nexus at all the enb presets I would start with the most recent ones since they are likely built around the latest ENB package or close to it. The next thing is to find out if the enb will work with a lighting mod you are using or if it is best not to use a lighting/weather mod.
