This is just a quick question, I use Restoration and Alteration magic and was wondering if the Atronach (ie spell absorption effect) will absorb and cancel my healing spells or like the mage armor spells. As far as I can tell it only affects conjuration spells but I just wanted to make sure before taking said perk. Thanks.

It only interferes with summons, the shadow warrior sneak talent and an absorb health spell you get through completing one of the guild questlines
