SO the other day i am doing the usual running around missions to get some good exp and gear from Nellis. I am done with everything, but the bomber and im heading to the far end of the airfield(the direction opposite the mortar range.) Theres a tower and a boomer standing there, so i approach to get a good view of the area beyond the fence. When i approached the guy was yellow/friendly on the ol' pip boy. As i stand here, he says something along the lines or "You better get out of here if you know whats good for yah" so i step back and am like "wha??" Then before i can even hop off the wood ramp he pulls a sledge and takes a couple swings at me. I easily dodge them by hopping back off the ramp and he starts to go for a launcher. Crouching i quickly pull 'Chance's knife" and show him what 10 attacks in vats looks like (well he only saw 2 or 3, but i digress;) ) Anyway, just wondering if anyone else had issues with npcs ignoring rep with their faction. I did not lose rep when i killed him, i assume since i was hidden from anyone else, but usually when your spotted and you drop someone you lose rep...usually.
