I only want to respec one skill at a time and I have no interest in using dragon souls to do so (a feature introduced in Dragonborn expansion). http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16471/? is probably the most popular option but it will reset your skill trees. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30263/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D30263%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D892447&pUp=1 looked fairly good but it only has 2000 users and players say it prevents the user from saving. Also, still version 1.0.
