So thishttp://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c247/Hcir/wtf.jpg appeared on an OBIS Bandit and I was wondering if anyone recognized what mod it comes from and could explain why I can see the NPC wearing it but it does not appear in their inventory. Thanks
