A.I. = artificial intelligence

What is the video game that impressed you the most with its AI? I'm not looking for a precise "correct" answer of what game is considered to have the best AI, I'm not so interested in the technicalities of what AI means from a programming perspective, I just want to know which game felt to you like having a believable human-like behavior.

For me it is Far Cry 1, when I first played this game I was overwhelmed by the variety of npc reactions to my movement. In addition to the level design, the AI made me feel like hunted by real people in that game.

Galactic civs 2 had pretty decent AI, compared to Civ V anyways.

Some old creature game, I don't remember the name but it used neural networking.

Guess that don't count since I didn't play it though.
