If it's like "buy this cool costume", then I don't have a problem with it. As long as they allow crazy mods, I'm cool with it.

:-/ I dont mind microtransactions in games if they aren't intrusive or unavoidable. But S.E. is one of the few publishers I really don't trust. I remember reading somewhere that they have a whole department dedicated to figuring how to strip things from the game to sell as DLC later. (may have been the Co-optional podcast I heard it from)

Not really. The dev came out with a twitter post that basically says "don't worry". He has been quoted before as being in support of MT in games and even said it's the future of the industry. His "don't worry" has me worried.
