I was wondering if there was some way to "stuff" the ballot box in the Republic Of Dave (so Rosie can win). I seem to recall being able to do it the first time I played Fallout 3, but now I can't seem to do it. It says I need a key to open it, but none of the residents has a key on their person to open it up. Was it perhaps the Unofficial Patch (the original one, not the 1.7 one) that allowed me to do it? It's obviously not a game-breaker by any stretch of the imagination, but I am curious if I am just doing something wrong or not.
