I pre-ordered Skyrim and have never bought any of the dlc's, yet I have dawnguard.esm and people in-game say "I heard they are reforming the dawnguard...)

The is probably a stupid question, but do I have the expansion? I would assume I do since I have the .esm, but I never bought or illegally d/led anything for it. I've never followed up on the quest in-game. Steam still has it available for purchase and doesn't say in library...

This is a result of Steam bugging. At one time something glitched out at Steam and many people recieved Dawnguard even though they had not bought it. You are just one of countless people.
