if I go underwater and look up at the surface, I see... weird stuff. I took http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt194/kamrom/nvw1.jpg two http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt194/kamrom/nvw2.jpg from underwater in Lake Las vegas, at Noon. But this same thing happens anywhere, outside or inside, cave or lake or flooded vault. And it always happens. Though there are a few more 'types' it can be, a few different patterns like a giant leaf, they're all more or less the same thing.

does anyone know how to make it stop doing whatever it is doing?
