Been having this problem since Skyrim came out for PC and I'm sick of it. Up until recently I assumed it was because I wasn't set up for 5.1 audio, but after tweaking my drivers and setup, I'm able to hear the entirety of the 5.1 audio clip here:

Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem, as you can hear in the video when the Jarl of Windhelm says, "Those cur- ... mages."
Any help would be appreciated.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Sound Card: Sound Blaster (CT4780)
Drivers: KXAudio
(Tested also with the on-board sound and the latest Realtek drivers. Same problem.)
