I would like to remove one of the two walls from 'In_impsmall_r_corner_01.nif', but they are both part of the same NiTriShape. How can i do it?

As far as I know, you would have to import the mesh in to Blender and delete the vertices that make up the wall. I don't think you could do this in nifskope.
