I've noticed a problem recently that I thought only manifested itself because of tweaked uGrids settings, but I get it in new games with default .ini settings so I assume it must be a certain combination (or too much of one type) of mods.
Basically, I have a lot of mods that add NPCs; Inconsequential NPCs, Interesting NPCs, Populated Cities Towns Villages, Immersive Patrols, Populated Roads, etc.
In a place like Whiterun, I can easily reproduce the problem where many (but not all) NPC mouths won't move when they speak. Usually this problem is limited to ambient dialogue (things they say when you get near them), and is sometimes temporary. Has anyone else run into this problem and found a solution? Is it related to the delayed lip sync bug?
