So i'm doing the questline for the Stormcloaks, and solitude was glitched (1 fps in radius around city), so I used the console to complete liberation of skyrim and battle for solitude. However, solitude is still in battle mode, "We are taking the city!", and Its back to 1 fps. I do not think it's my computer's performance, I've checked. What can I do?

My fps is fine the rest of the game, and It also happened with the battle for whiterun, but then it advanced the quest without me having to use the console.

I can't do anything, or any quests, in Solitude and if someone could help me out i'd really appreciate it.
