I Absolutely Love......

.......playing as a werewolf! I'm always one to be a vampire but I've never really given the werewolf a fair shot. In my current playthrough I have my female Nord go through random transformations due to a full moon. During which time she goes on major major killing sprees. I've already taken out all the non essential NPC's in Whiterun. Unfortunately the Companions got into the fray and Farkas was lost.

But what really amazes me is the killing animation, or kill cams. I've seen where you jump on top of your pray and maul them to death before. But what I haven't seen before until now is where you put your pray in a choke hold and squeeze their neck til their head pops off. Un-freakin-believable.

This is exactly what I'm talking about as far as playing this game for 3 years and still finding new things. Again thank you so much Beth for keeping me interested and still playing!

Werewolves are awesome. I loved the Companions. Probably was the most fun I had out of the entire game, playing as a sale sword companion who is a werewolf. I think I had more fun as a werewolf than a vampire. Because you don't suffer from the sun light penalty or have to go around having to feed off of people. The werewolf perk was kind of just there at your convenience and vampire was just something extra for players to do.

This is one thing I have never done. But I'd really like to do it someday. I can picture some interesting roleplaying ideas involving Lycanthropy....

The unfortunate thing is ALOT of NPC's die but that what makes it fun. Werewolves in traditional lore have no control over what they do.

How did the Companions get involved? I once went werewolf inside Jorvaskr, mauled the disrespectul Njada Stonearm and no one batted an eye.

When I play werewolf I usually only go beast outside of cities so any person or animal that crosses my path won't be a shopkeep or other person I don't want to die. My werewolves are aware of their affliction.

I started off outside the city and took out local farmers and the carraige driver. Then went inside took out everyone from Warmaiden's, Drunken Huntsman to the fruit and food sellers at the stalls. The Companions just came outside and joined in. Farkas was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
