Im into roleplaying and is currently playing as a Hunter and a rogue Orc Bandit. Im looking for small nice, but humble abodes that fit different types of roleplaying characters. Problem is that often abodes are filled with lots of stuff that makes it unrealistic compared to what common people in Skyrim live in, or that you have to do quests in order to gain acces to these homes. Either that or they are too Humble like Alchemists shack, with no chairs for sitting or bookshelves ect. Im trying to stay out of questing aswell, and would just like to acces the home as a base from the beginning without going on a quest.

Do you know of any good mods that fits this describtion?
