Would a music mod like this be possible?

Something tells me probably not, but thought I'd throw this out there anyway.

So I was playing Skyrim with my vampire lord character the other day, and since I would be out in the wild and not near civilization for a while, and went ahead and blotted out the sun for the day with a Bloodcursed arrow. As I was traipsing around the darkened red wilderness, it struck me as kind of jarring that I was still getting fairly happy-sounding explore music. So my question is, is it at all possible to mod in more sinister sounding explore music ONLY during an eclipse? So that the regular music would still play the next night and day when the eclipse ends?

I'm not sure it's possible to separate two different sets of daytime explore music based on that, but thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

You wouldn't believe what scripting can do. This is possible to script in Morrowind, a 2nd title before Skyrim, so yeah, it's definitely possible in Skyrim as well. :)

As for how, don't look my way. :P
